The Challenge

• Drive improvement activities related to master data in the Supply Chain Panning processes, like demand planning, supply planning, master production scheduling and detailed scheduling.
• Set up reporting based on logical rules (business rules) and use these reports to have the quality and cleanness of the master data improved.
• Evaluate the master data workflow performance and make proposals to have the performance improved.
• Work out the working instructions in such a way that certain steps can be transferred to the Process and Data Officers who will take care of data entry.
• Drive automation initiatives to automate the data entry activities from the Process and Data officers.
  

The Position

• The Process and Data Specialist will report to the Process and Data Manager
• The Process and Data Specialist needs to have short communication lines with the operational Supply Chain Panning employees to understand the issues in their current way of working and make improvement proposals when the issue is related to master data management. The candidate needs to attend operational Supply Chain Panning meetings.
• Travelling to the relevant locations for face to face meetings is part of the function.
• The position will be based in Shanghai (CN) or Geleen (NL), depending on the candidate.
  

The Ideal

• Educational level: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with SAP Supply Chain Panning process.
• Experience with master data management
• Experience with Supply Chain Panning Apollo process is a pre
• Experience as Supply Chain Panning key user is a pre
• Be able to communicate in English fluently both verbally as in writing
• Analytical background
