Interfaces with Research and Development organizations to integrate new products or processes into the existing manufacturing area. Provides support to the Manufacturing and Process to facilitate efficient operations within the production area, to optimize existing processes, and to ensure that production goals are met. Monitors performance of equipment, machines and tools and corrects equipment problems or process parameters that produce non-conforming products, low yields or product quality issues.

Bachelor's degree plus 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Familiar with Automotive production process, like die casting, painting, assembling process. Good English communication skills and logical thinking, can solve problem independently and drive local team effectively.
