Objective of Job:
The planning team is mainly responsible for the ramp up preparation of the batteries at our battery supplier, focusing on the equipment and processes. Within this team we are looking for process and equipment planners for the current project. The function is integrated into a a cross-sectional team involved in all battery projects at our supplier.
Tasks:
- Support of the project leader (L4) in all planning activities
- Leading and steering Process and equipment planning topics (analyzing current status, sub-supplier tracking, optimizing current production lines, managing time and quality verification and handover to production)
- Close collaboration with the battery supplier
- Organize meetings and other relevant topics to support preparation of ramp up and whole ramp up to ensure the success of the project
- Invite to meetings, document results and coordinate tasks in alignment with the project leader (TPL). Track Open Issues
- Generate reports and show status to project leader (L4) and management
- Organize preparation of management meetings. Show status reports to the management
