Additional Knowledge / Skills / Experience:

? Over 8 years process engineering experience of interior parts related lamination, gluing, milling, welding, flocking and injection

? Familiar and experienced with automotive requirement, especially familiar with customer such as VW, Daimler, BMW’s requirement

? Has at least over 5 years managing plant experience of automotive plastic interior parts

Key Competencies:

? good written and verbal English communication skills

? continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment strongly desired experience of lamination, gluing, milling, welding, flocking and injection

? hands on spirit with operating tasks and machine repairing

? good managing MS office related software

? Strong interpersonal skills to promote teamwork and positive interaction with clients, vendors and other team members at all levels

? Ability to learn and apply departmental or company policies, procedures and rules

? Can work also along with night shift

Task/Area of responsibility:

1. Setting up, aligning and implementation of the industrial plan

2. Setting up the process flow, working instruction and BOM

3. Setting up project related investment plan for the production

4. Preparing production and parts related technical specification and making correspondent purchasing plan

5. Plausibility checking of equipment and process capability

6. Constitute the cost during project phase

7. Carrying through Kaizen activities (Synchromap 2D, 3D)

8. Control equipment and operating material related timeline, cost (budget) and quality

9. Select and optimize the manufacturing methods

10. Develop and keep the agreed deadline

11. Implementation and correction all result related to manufacturing process

12. Visiting supplier/customer

13. Follow the requirement of ISO/TS 16949 and requirement of environment protection, as well as the safety manufacturing requirement
