Responsibilities:

? Conduct daily communication between vendors, managers, and clients on project status

? Manage daily research fieldwork and provide regular project execution status reports for mystery shop and onsite audit related projects.

? Manage and ensure online platform’s data timeliness and data quality

? Provide analytical reports on project quality and suggestions on process improvement plans

? Develop workable solutions to consistently improve project quality

? Support selective project managers on data analysis and provide data insights for client report

? Work with supporting team members and communicate with vendors on project execution

供应商沟通与管理、执行进度管理、执行过程日报/周报制作、平台数据审核、经销商分数申诉处理、平台数据导出和检查、数据报表汇总、季度数据报告支持

Qualifications:

? 2+ years of experience in market research project management, preferably have knowledge of process management and data quality control

? Has knowledge of automotive field preferred

? Preferably has knowledge of mystery shop or audit related projects

? Quantitative data analysis experience

? Capable of working in a fast-paced environment

? Education: Bachelor’s Degree

? Good data analytic and critical thinking skills, has willingness to learn

? Good inter-department communication skills and detail-oriented

? Proficient in Power Point, Excel

? Proficient in Chinese and can read/write basic English
