Position Purpose & Summary
This position will be responsible for engineering technical lead for process in CAPC group
To Identify, Develop, Promote and implement Capital Project Management Leading Practices in all Cargill Bu’s we serve to maximize return on investment and consistently deliver on promises
The main purpose of this position within ESE Engineering is:
Under the supervision of project manager, the mechanical engineer plans, designs and directs engineering projects in his/her field of expertise and is able to perform each responsibility satisfactory to the project managers expectations. The requirements listed below are representative for the knowledge, skills and ability required to fill this position.

Principal Accountabilities

Responsible for technical lead for process of CAPC project:
  • Develops Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s) as a basis for and to support engineering projects
  • Contributes to the preparation of project design & construction budgets and project schedules.
  • Coordinates pricing, estimating and scoping for project design & construction.
  • Accountable for all key design documents such as plot plan, lay out, piping isometrics etc
  • Ensure proper constructability of the project
  • Analyzes reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests and aerial photographs to plan and design project.
  • Directs and supervises other engineers or third party engineers.
  • Prepares or directs preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental impact studies and designs for project.
  • Instructs draftspersons/technicians.
  • Uses computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents.
  • Visits construction site to monitor progress and and other duties as assigned by the project manager.
  • Ensure that projects are prepared in line with Cargill Leading Practices, policies, guidelines, national and international norms and standards.
  • Ensure that these Cargill Leading Practices, policies and guidelines are kept up to date with lessons learned and experiences from the project.

Project execution technical support on designing, major equipment sourcing, FAT, installation quality control
Commissioning & start up takeover and transit it in operation
Project final evalution and acceptance
Working secheduling & cost budgeting
Support processing on operation, reliability & maintenance and problem solving

Provides process knowledge and indepth process figures as a basis for and to support the development of engineering specifications.
Support Strategic Processing supplier Resources

4.10%
Technical Doucument managing, Coach & Training operators

Qualifications
Education, Experience, Skills
1.Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree on Mechanical Engineering or similar experience
  • Over 6 years as mechanical engineer in food industry
  • Must have broad technical knowledge
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be able to work both independent as well as in a team
  • At least 6 years on the utilities project and operating
  • Be familiar with high automated utility system, be familiar with electric and mechanical engineering.

2.Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with a variety of Cargill food processes and installations
  • Experience of applicable national and international (European)norms and regulations
  • Experience with equipment of European key suppliers
  • Willing to work in an international environment and a multicultural team
  • Good overall knowledge of food processing industries including equipment both agricultural and processing, GMP HACCP and food safe design.
  • Experience working on environmental health and safety systems including system design, implementation and management. Knowledge of implementing IS014001, ISO 18000 systems
  • Knowledge of construction project management skills, and plant maintenance and reliability knowledgeKnowledge of China Process Safety standards and requirements Experience with regulated Process Safety Management
  • Above engineering college education
  • Over 6 years as process project engineer preferably in the Food/feed industry
  • Mechnical Engineering
