What will I be doing?

• Manage day-to-day Procure to Pay (PTP) performance including invoice processing, payment, T&E, month end

closing and other PTP activities

• Lead an operational Procure to Pay team to deliver output as per the SLAs

• Ensure compliance of PTP operations with company policies, processes, and internal controls

• Review system entries

• Produce effective qualitative and quantitative metrics reporting to measure efficiency and effectiveness of

function and staff

• Assist in internal and external audit processes

• Train new joiners

• Work towards system improvement, process improvement

• Develop team spirit and advise daily operations

• Other duties as assigned

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Business, Finance or Accounting
  • 8-9 years of progressive experience in finance, controllership, operations roles
  • Strong controllership and accounting background, CPA certified preferred
  • 3-5 yrs of experience in leading a big team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese
  • Able to manage in a matrixed organization
  • Proven change agent with simplification and process improvement skills
