Join us in International Purchasing Department as a Procurement Administrator.

You will be in charge of the administrative management for several countries (including but not limited to Hungary, Romania, Poland, Germany, Switzerland).

You will interact with several stakeholders inside and outside the Accor Purchasing team such as buyers, business controllers, accounting management, suppliers and hotels in the area.

Here is a summary of some of the great things you will be doing:

  • Administration of the Purchasing database (AstoreSuite)
  • Ongoing communication with stakeholders to ensure consistency of information between databases and follow-up on system improvements and developments
  • Control of compliance
  • Management of quarterly supplier declarations (collection of purchase volumes)
  • Communicating with suppliers (updates, reminders, exhaustive collection, regularization requests, alerts on discrepancies/anomalies)
  • Quarterly and annual control of the amounts of purchases of our customers
  • Management of supplier and customer invoicing (invoicing, follow-up of supplier payments, assuring compliance with the rules and contracts, payments, preparation of summaries and activity reports)

Your experience and skills include:

  • 2 - 5 years experience in procurement
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education in Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Good command of English and Hungarian, any other European language is a plus
  • Very good level of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, databases, management of large volume files)
  • Excellent organizational skills and good relationship management
  • Ability to work to deadlines with respect to procedures
  • Spirit of initiative and analytical thinking
  • Team spirit, versatility and reactivity
