Eaton's Hydraulic Business has an opening for a: Procurement Analyst Location: Cerkezkoy, Tekirdag, TURKEY Primary Function: The primary responsibility of this position will be preparing/ processing the indirect purchase orders as per the requisitions were created by the departments in the plant. Additional responsibilities may include: Your key deliverables: Creating the purchase orders as far as received the requisitions according to the price list in the system or the agreed offer Updating the purchase orders in the system after received the Po approval from the suppliers, Organizing the delivery with the domestic transportation company with the list on a daily bases Delivering the needed documents to the logistic department / customs clearance department for the import purchase orders Revising the expiry updates of the purchase orders within the scope of monthly expense and capex management based on a monthly bases Notifying each supplier of the due dates of the revised orders via e-mail, Making the expiry adjustment in the system by confirming the critical products (oil, diesel oil, etc.) with the relevant departments Ensuring monthly delivery to the factory before the 25th of each month within the scope of Capex orders management, Processing the prepayment form for Capex orders /some import orders and deliver the signed form to the finance Qualifications Are you? Required: Fluent in English Bachelor Degree Minimum 3 y of experience in procurement Team-oriented problem solving skills and corrective action methodology Negotiation and conflict management skills; professional presence MS Word, Excel, order management (including but not limited to Oracle, Tolas, and MFG/PRO) software programs Professional phone skills and customer communication skills Organization and time management skills Then we want to hear about you!
