We prepare tenders, select suitable suppliers or file vendor data and contracts in different procurement tools. Our team supports global Siemens locations in quality, procurement and material compliance topics. We are looking for a Procurement Audit Specialist to join our team and help manage our organization's procurement goals. Responsibilities include conducting external sustainability audits, supporting EHS and SQM programs and Cyber Security activities as well. Daily responsibilities: Driving the conclusion of supplier quality assurance agreements and monitoring supplier contract coverage rates. Planning and coordinating external sustainability audits. Supporting in Cyber Security activities in the supply chain. Supporting EHS programs in the supply chain (for example Material Compliance topic). Supporting risk management activities and tools in terms of commercial, technical and sustainability risks. Preparing and conducting analyses to supply basic data for decision making (SQM topics). Working on optimization processes and methods. Support the design and implementation of concepts to secure the success of the relevant business units with a systematic and strategic approach. We expect from you: Bachelor Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or IT, Master's Degree or MBA preferred. At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, strategy or consultancy. Commercial and contractual experience in negotiating conditions with suppliers is a benefit. Proficient German and English language skills. Good communication skills - written and verbal. Ability to work independently, structured approach. Time management and good prioritization skills. Willingness to travel to Switzerland (up to three business trips per year). Additional experience or knowledge of Siemens SCM processes is an advantage.
