Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Procurement Business Development Professional This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Procurement Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for: Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary sourcing resources Present and share new business opportunities with broader audience to demonstrate untapped customer needs and supplier capabilities Initiate partnership agreements and find opportunities to roll out new features to clients Identify, assess and select strategic suppliers for any new product introduction and get suppliers ready to deliver targeted business requirements (quality, fulfillment, cost and cash) per the program milestones, in partnership with the supplier management, business development and engineering teams Support Business Development team by exploring and generating new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction Contribute to the overall result of Siemens Healthineers procurement division through total value creation, Win-rate, Contribution to Growth, etc. Assist local teams, and BLs to maximize all opportunities within their own areas Be responsible for top-line target each year Required skills to have for the success of this role Entrepreneurial experience and mindset Individual self-led starter Executive presence (personality wise) Sales experience Negotiation experience Strategic Thinking Business Plan development – pro-forma forecasting Analytical Skills Siemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity.
