• To successfully execute and implement Daimler’s Global Digital Transformation Strategy into Daimler Korea’s IT environment, discovering and maintaining business relationships with new business partners (suppliers) and sourcing proper digital technologies and products to Daimler Korea.
• To efficiently deliver Daimler’s Digital Experiences to final customers and make right procurement decisions, constantly communicating with external(ex. dealers) and internal customers and collecting the information by tracking the change of final customer’s expectation and needs to Digital Experiences in imported car market.
• To meet the final customer’s expectations for new digitalization environment, proactively sharing Daimler’s Digital Transformation strategy and co-operating to develop proper solutions and products with current or new capable suppliers worldwide.
• To optimize Daimler procurement’s strategies, communicating proactively to Global commodity manager & implementing global tactics and plans in early involvement.
• To maximize profitability of the company’s financial statements, reducing costs based on efficient negotiation design with innovative ideas & tactics and ensure that the cost saving and performance targets are met or exceeded.
• To constantly secure legitimate procurement processes, conducting relevant guidelines and transparent procedure with monitoring compliance of procurement activities.
• To implement upgraded procurement systems in local environment and maintain the team member’s skills and knowledge to changed system up to date, constantly communicate with Global organization related to systems and provide to teams proper trainings as it needed.
