We are super excited to present this great opportunity where you will alongside our talented Procurement Superstars! Join us as Category Manager Service and Abonnement where you will play a pivotal role in the Procurement strategy and coordination of best practices. You will also manage all things commodity and abonnement on a local and global scale with international suppliers. .
Here is a snapshot at some of the responsibilities you will hold:
- Offer range Management (definition of development strategy; responsibility of Revenue and profit from categories (G+P))
- Procurement commodity management - development of the Procurement commodity strategy (including suppliers panel and market share targets)
- Source to contract for categories:
- Lead on RFI/RFP/RFQ Assessment of supplier proposals
- Management of selecting and shortlisting products, coordinating meetings, negotiations and appointing suppliers.
- Ensuring legal compliance at all times
- Definition of KPIs, SLAs, and other contract indicators with suppliers, tracking of supplier performance management
- Procurement management coordination for Local categories (support to other countries for identification and the deployment of best practices/ prices)
- Onboarding suppliers through coordination with all relevant internal stakeholders
- Account manager for catalogue management (validate products publication in Akeneo), orders management (monitor sellers’ KPIs in Mirakl), shops management (control and make sure all shop’s information are always up to date)
Your experience and skills include:
- Min. 3 years experience in Procurement
- Advanced English and German is a must, any other European language will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Good analytical and organisational skills
- Good skills in core purchasing activities (RFP / RFQ, supplier selection, contracting, etc.)
- Hospitality based background will be a plus
