Job Summary
This position will support the Asia Pacific Contract and Procurement group. Specifically, the role will independently apply procurement & contracting strategy, risk mitigation strategy and conduct bidding/negotiation process, contract management, reporting on medium risk procurement activities.
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for the procurement process by applying standard procurement procedure while independently conduct tendering, medium risk contract management and contractor performance management processes.
Responsible for effective communication with vendor and end user on expediting/performance.
Filing procurement related documents and information as required for reporting/audit purposes.
Periodically KPI process on vendor performance review.
Conducting market research and providing analytical information to support procurement initiatives.
Managing AVL by identify and pre-qualify potential competent vendors.
Experience
Minimum 6 to 10 years related experience in terms of bidding and contract management.
Minimum 5 to 8 years of procurement experience in areas of Admin/IT equipment/service.
Experience in managing contracts within area of: IT, Admin, offshore communication, Platform Catering, helicopter services.
Experience on offshore oil and gas projects would be an asset.
Education & Professional Designations
Bachelors degree
High level of English proficiency required.

Basic skill of using SAP MM system.
Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
