#### Position Description:


Position Summary
Sourcing Director responsible for the company’s end to end sourcing of
electronic components essential for our operations, work at the company level
and define a wide worldwide supply base to identify cost saving opportunities,
ensure supply continuity & flexibility, create competitive environments,
creatively negotiate, generate contracts to assure seamless availability of
all products to support the company objectives.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to achieve financial
goals and performance
 Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify
supply base issues to minimize risk, protect continuity of supply, and utilize
emerging opportunities
 Responsible for negotiations for best possible cost service guarantee and
develop “win-win” strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with
suppliers
 Evaluate supplier core competencies and competitive positioning
 Maintain and develop supplier relationships

#### Position Requirements:


Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
 Business or Technical Education background
 15 years of respective working experiences, some level of supply
chain/procurement responsibility highly preferred
 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or electronic component
management experience
 Knowledge of the legal terminology and language related to supplier and/or
vendor agreements and contracts
 Interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate,
negotiate, think strategically, make decisions. Ability to work at both
strategic level & execute tactically as required.
 Proven experience working with and establishing relationships with senior
management at display  suppliers
