The Company. 

Our client is a renowned hospitality group with business around the globe. To support the company's restructuring in HK, they are now looking for high calibre individuals for the Procurement Director position in Hong Kong to lead a multi-disciplinary team for procurement services from corporate perspective.

The Job.

You will have to lead a team of 13-15 people to developand implement corporate-level strategy, policies or procedures. Apart from that, you will have to manage existing spending to minimize cost while improving efficiency and effectiveness across all functions of the Group. Integrating and leveraging new sourcing and procurement structures, tools and strategies, and guiding and managing the team in tracking and monitor supplier markets for OS&E and perishables including benchmarking against industry/market standards are also expected.

Skills & experiences required. 

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or related discipline/qualifications
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in management level of strategic contracting and procurement, preferable in real estate industry
• Strong capability in establishing procedures, standards and guidelines
• Good knowledge in the latest procurement trends, systems, best practice and technology
• Being familiar with category management in one or more categories including perishables and non-perishable OS&E, facilities management, corporate services & IT
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
