Job Description:

Responsible for the development and implementation of change activity plans to support the delivery of Best Practice Procurement change initiatives to improve the delivery and efficiency of procurement services and provision of governance and support services that strengthen ISS compliance with policies, procedures and legislative requirements. In parallel the Procurement Excellence Project manager will support as a procurement project manager in the onboarding of major new clients.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of change activity plans for approved procurement change initiatives.

• Support the successful delivery of best practice procurement change initiatives.

• Lead major onboarding of new costumers .

• Lead cross functional and/or cross geographical category sourcing projects by using the 7-step sourcing process

• Super User / Ambassador of local data systems (NAV@ISS, SAP etc.) as well as Sievo

• Monitors Country KPIs and ensures we are on track to achieve targets and prepares advanced analysis and presentations hereof, to be used for business management and reporting.

• Maintain data quality of our Procurement Spend, Service Categories, Contracts

• Monitors internal customer satisfaction.

• Monitors supplier performance.

• Contribute to the maintenance of a mature suite of standard approaches and tools to support all key procurement activities, reflective of any process changes arising from new initiatives.
• Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with strong analytical process background: business administration, chemistry, supply chain, etc.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and achieve tight deadlines.

• Accurate Data entry skills: Fully proficient in excel, and comfortable with figures, collecting, analyzing and interpreting data. Ideally experience in creating an analyzing business case.

• Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.

• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management related processes and software (e-Sourcing SAP, Ariba or others).

• Desired

  • Proficient communication in English and Mandarin in both written and spoken forms.
  • Strong project management skills and leadership skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities combined with a solid understanding of complex data is crucial to undertake this role.
