(ibis, ibis Styles, Mercure, Novotel, MGallery, Sofitel) is looking for
PROCUREMENT EXPERT
inside the central team of Accor Procurement Department based in Budapest.
Procurement expert will be responsible for Offer range management and Procurement commodity management on Consumer Goods at a global scale with international suppliers. Also takes part to procurement strategy coordination & best practices / synergies for several categories addressed at a more local / national scale.
MAIN DUTIES, TASKS:
- Offer range Management: takes part to definition of development strategy for complex / multi-countries needs and responsibility on revenue and profit from categories (G+P)
- Procurement commodity management: takes part to development of procurement commodity strategy (including suppliers panel and market share targets): which products / services (defined in Scouting and development of new suppliers)
- Source to contract for categories
- Lead on RFI/RFP/RFQ
- Assessment of suppliers proposals
- Complete management of the selection process: shortlisting, meetings, negotiations, etc. and decision on selected suppliers
- Closing & contracting with selected suppliers, coordination with other departments (notably Legal) and implementation of contracts
- Definition of KPIs, SLAs, and other contract indicators with suppliers, tracking of supplier performance management
- Procurement management coordination for Local categories: support to countries for identification & deployment of best practices, synergies, massif cation potentials, lead on international tenders & contracting
- Astore Management
- Suppliers onboarding roadmap in coordination with Digital Manager
- Commercial onboarding: carry out steps 1, 2 & 3 of our onboarding process
- Offers management: control offers and ensure their compliancy with negotiated contracts; carry out price monitoring
- Business management
- Level 3 contact: be the last level of escalation of our supplier support whenever suppliers are not answering
- Work with F&B teams to develop new menu solutions
- Work with Digital tendering tools to manage source to contract process
- Collaborate with finance & support teams to ensure remuneration is collected and distributed efficiently.
- Support FF&E team with projects and procurement from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
- University or college degree preferring to be specialized in Purchasing
- At least 5 years relevant professional experience
- Hungarian and English fluent required, other languages appreciated
- Hotel related experience is considered as an important advantage
- Having experience to work in a matrix organization
PERSONALITY AND SKILLS:
- RFP / RFQ, supplier selection, contracting
- Strong analytical skills, good organizational skills
- Procurement experience in F&B and consumer goods is preferred
