We are looking for a: Procurement Governance and Systems Mexico
In this position you will be responsible of:
Processes and Systems:
• Monitor all Global Procurement Trucks & Buses Purchasing-system related topics at Procurement Trucks & Buses Mexico
• Monitor interface related topics related to purchasing systems for Procurement Trucks & Buses Mexico
Reporting and Governance:
• Provide governance, support & training for Procurement Trucks & Buses Mexico regarding Purchasing Reporting
• Collaborate with CPO office to deliver efficiency improvements through data analytics
Compliance and Audit:
• Support Procurement Trucks & Buses Mexico governance initiatives (global and local)
• Support internal/external audits
• Coordinate Compliance and Audit relevant activities for Procurement TN - Mechatronics & TB Mexico (sample testing)
Training:
• Conduct Global Procurement Trucks & Buses system specific training at Procurement TN - Mechatronics & TB Mexico
• Support implementation and roll-out of new Purchasing systems, methods and tools
Take the necessary actions within the Governance, Processes and Systems Procurement Mexico area, in order to contribute to the achievement and maintenance of certificates of quality, environ-mental, Legal, information technology or any other; as well as being required to maintain the confi-dentiality of Information Company or business.
Always addressed in strict accordance with local legislation and international law, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOA), Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), as well as all policies and procedures established by Daimler.
Qualifications:
Training: International Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
Experience: At least 1-2 years in Procurement, Processes and Systems, Administration, Finance, IT
Specific knowledge: Procurement, logistics, quality systems, international business. Knowledge in cbFC, M22, IMS, Globus. Effective communication, analytical, business oriented and business fluent in both English and Spanish.
Competencies: Process oriented, able to focus on details, analytical and strategic thinking to establish a course of action. Focus on customer and market needs, drive innovation and lead change. Challenge and develop people to top performance, build a diverse culture of collaboration and learning, execute decisions and deliver results. Demonstrate accountabil-ity and credibility. Promote global standards and strategies that Procurement T&B - Strategy & Governance develops. Analytics skills (Tableau, Alteryx) preferred.
Languages: English – Business Fluent (mandatory)
