Identify and Manage the risk of Suppliers
Manage supplier to achieve OTD with CFT support
Flow down the company strategy to suppliers
Conduct and centralize LEA management with support of SPL
Manage supplier to achieve the safety and consignment stock target
Build the purchasing budget
Cross working operation team to manage Inventory
Support on the supplier long term development
Visual management of process KPI
Manage supplier to reduce the DOD and arrears
Build and monitor recovery plan
Monitor and Manage supplier comply with SAFRAN “P2P” policy
Prepare the ORM and ESR report
Provide the full support on the global production needs
Develop the procurement team competency

Main Activities / accountabilities
Act as the supplier main contact window for the procurement activities:
Overall ownership of material ordering and availability

• Follow order book management and order acknowledgement
• Ensure raw material availability according demand and forecast

Daily monitor supplier WIP/Manage priorities
Daily Shortage root cause investigation and resolution
Prevention of part shortages; expediting material during shortages- Load and capacity monitoring
Communication with suppliers regarding logistics, packaging, and planning- Supplier visits, as needed (domestic and overseas)
Build global SPM/SPL action for western suppliers
Monthly Review team KPI and PDR
