Description: We are in search of a Procurement Manager that will play a vital role in our supply chain management by overseeing the sourcing of products from various suppliers, including Alibaba. Your expertise in procurement, negotiation, and supplier relationship management will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of products while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between the company and Chinese suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate exchanges of information.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Chinese supplier communications, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and other terms with Chinese suppliers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the company.
- Coordinate and manage supplier orders, shipments, and related logistics, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including data entry, document translation, and maintaining records.
- Assist in the identification and evaluation of new Chinese suppliers, conducting research and gathering information as needed.
- Collaborate with the team on cross-functional projects, providing valuable input and insights from a Chinese market perspective.
- Continuously improve language and cultural understanding to enhance communication and collaboration with Chinese suppliers.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with suppliers.
- Knowledge of Chinese business culture and etiquette is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
