Ÿ   Formulate, document and execute regional Sourcing Strategies, cost forecasts, and negotiation plans.

Ÿ   Build up procurement strategies link to company business strategy

Ÿ    Use RFIs/RFPs, leveraging, and benchmarking to deliver business results and competitive advantage.

Ÿ    Analyze suppliers and markets to identify tends, opportunities for marketplace advantage, and new ideas for products, processes and services.

Ÿ    Develop and maintain appropriate and productive supplier relationships.

Ÿ    Represent Purchasing on cross-functional teams.

Ÿ    Establish and execute pertinent written requirements.

Ÿ    Gather information about competitors’ material, technologies, supply base, sourcing strategies, etc. to benchmark competitors’ costs, services, etc.

Ÿ   Manufacturing facility point-of-contact.

Ÿ    Accomplish any other tasks as assigned by the superior. 

Ÿ   8+ purchasing or related with accountability for actual material cost result or related experience.

Ÿ    Some experience in cross countries and Cross functions.

Ÿ    Solid in purchasing analytical or commercial project experience.
