Job Responsibilities

• Assist Procurement Manager with improving the existing purchasing systems and procedures
• Ensure all purchases are in line with the Hotel policy
• Obtains competitive quotations and bids and ensure proper documentation for purchasing records
• Posts orders to inventory module and produce purchase order for receiver to match against goods received
• Maintain all F&B suppliers to fulfill the Hotel hygiene standard

Job Requirements

• Form 5 / Diploma holder or above
• Certificate in Materials, Purchasing Management or related field is preferred
• 1-2 years related experience in the hotel industry
• Solid experience in F&B products and services procurement
• Proficient in PC application and MC system
• Good communication skills both internally with operational departments and external suppliers
• Good command of English and Chinese
