Are you passionate for procurement and in translating business requirements into policies? Are you driven by the desire to impact our value delivery of supply chain with an effective procurement policy?

We are looking for someone like this, to:
• create and shape our policy, guidance documents and supplier code of conduct
• take ownership and maintain our policies and related documents
• engage with commercial teams, procurement compliance, risk, legal and other key stakeholders
• identify trends and develop new ideas and drive change to optimize the supply chain value
• managing all steps related to the drafting, revising, approval and communication of our policy and guidelines
• work with procurement compliance team to ensure our policies are adhered to and potential out of policy can be effectively addressed and followed up
• present and articulate our policies to senior leadership and broader stakeholder groups within UBS
• promote and effectively make use of our communications channels (portal, blog, email, etc.) and tailor the message to the different stakeholder groups
