-       Responsible for partial of full of a commodity sourcing procedures when conducting tactical purchasing procedures, which including supplier development, RFx process, contract negotiation and management, supplier performance management, PO management, delivery notice, defects settlement and on time payment tracking, etc.

-       Handle assigned commodities or projects to meet business objectives.

-       Optimize and follow processes to ensure operation to meet business requirements.

-       Involve on developing sourcing strategy to achieve the business objectives.

-       Work with procurement leaders and managers to manage supplier’s overall performance and take lead to perform SPE periodically for constant improvement.

-       Provide tactical purchasing training, guidance and coaching to junior buyer as a mentor

Ø  Education

-       Bachelor degree or above

Ø  Experience

-       3+ years of procurement experience

Ø  General Skills Description

-       Knowledge of business principles such as purchasing, materials logistics management, business and contract law, finance and accounting. Requires good analytical ability and either a business or technical background.

-       Commodity technical knowledge is required.

-       Strong in problem solving, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

-       Very good communication and negotiation with internal and external party.
Good project management skill

-       Professional on MS Office (Excl./Word/ Powerpoint), project and ERP systems.

-       Good leadership and capability as a commodity owner.

-       Strong interpersonal, oral and written English skills required to conduct daily activities
