What you will do
Project Managing
  • Lead the project execution, superise works and attend site meetings
  • Proide service of newly built & renovated stores and offices (from inception to handover)
  • Feasibility studies re/potential locations, inclusie of technical considerations /recommendations based on site conditions
  • Estimate and control Capex for all projects, proide to Department Head, Finance and Operation to ensure the IRR pro format are met
  • Project planning, scheduling & integration: quality, budget monitoring and cost control
  • Managing of outsourcing consultants and contractors for all project related actiities.
  • Oersee site supervision to meet time, cost and quality control parameters
  • Maintenance of existing store and office site
Communication
  • Coordinate project communication processes between landlord, Retail Operation, enders and contractors until handoer
  • Keep close contact with Department Head and Procurement to ensure all releant standards are followed
Standards
  • Superise all fit-out works and constructions in accordance with the specific design standards and guidelines
  • Ensure fit out work complies with signed off design
  • Follow up and monitor renoation progress and ensure compliance with company’s standards
  • Project budget tracking, inoice verification as well as responsible account allocation
Procurement
  • Monitor, control and manage stock leels and vendor performances to ensure continually highest standards
  • Arrange & superise the logistics, packaging and transportation for on-time delivery and shop openings
  • Monthly Payment list checking and inoice dealing with finance and endors
  • Manage and assist with tendering, quotations and forecasts for all materials and fixtures related to stores

Here is what you'll need
  • Wished Degree holder in Architecture, Interior Design or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 year’ experiences in the field of engineering / contractor
  • Minimum 3 years project planning and implementation experience in retail industry
  • Relevant knowledge in materials, finished and fixture procurement
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Adobe
  • Experienced in developing & establishing shopping centres / high street retail projects
  • Excellent attention to detail, good negotiation and communication skills as well as strong execution ability
  • Able to meet deadlines and to work under pressure with multiple tasks
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Honest and hardworking
