Responsibilities:

- Responsible for purchasing of IT products

- Develop and enhance supplier network and relationships to ensure right price, quality and on-time deliveries

- Source potential suppliers to cope with company direction

- Responsible for price negotiation and cost savings opportunities

- Negotiate and review contract terms with vendors independently, monitor and evaluate vendor performance regularly.

- Ensure product quality and integrity meets customer’s standard and requirement

Requirements

- Higher Diploma or above in Purchasing / Procurement Management or related discipline

- Minimum 5 years solid purchasing and vendor management experience

- Experience in IT industry is preferred

- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving skills

- Good communication, a self-motivated good team player with initiative to work under tight deadlines

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
