Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work closely with procurement team to update and keep track of Purchasing orders status and maintain right inventory level for business unit
- Liaise with suppliers when required in order to advance or postpone goods release date or to adjust order quantities
- Update internal stakeholders on order status and goods availability
- Prepare regular inventory reports and related documents
- Handle ad hoc projects, duties and reports as assigned by Management
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma holder in Purchasing or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years related working experience, especially in FMCG is an advantage
- Knowledge of ERP system is preferred
- Independent, result oriented and can work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office eg. Excel, Word etc
- Immediately available is preferred
- Working Location: Shek Mun, Shatin (near MTR station)
