Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with procurement team to update and keep track of Purchasing orders status and maintain right inventory level for business unit
  • Liaise with suppliers when required in order to advance or postpone goods release date or to adjust order quantities
  • Update internal stakeholders on order status and goods availability
  • Prepare regular inventory reports and related documents
  • Handle ad hoc projects, duties and reports as assigned by Management

 

 

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma holder in Purchasing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years related working experience, especially in FMCG is an advantage
  • Knowledge of ERP system is preferred
  • Independent, result oriented and can work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office eg. Excel, Word etc
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Working Location: Shek Mun, Shatin (near MTR station)
