This Programme has been created to help you to get back to work after a career break or to switch your professional path. You will bring your previous experience and skills and we will guide you in learning new skills in the Procurement area.

The programme is designed with an initial 6-month period so you can familiarize yourself with the Procurement systems and processes, as well as take on your own projects and responsibilities.
Planned start date is in May 2020. Due to the current circumstances, the recruitment process will be run virtually and, depending on the government guidance, the programme may start in a virtual set-up as well.
You will cooperate with business stakeholders across the world in of these two teams, working on the following tasks:
Category Management Team:
- Providing project management support to specific category related projects
- Supporting the development of annual category plan
- Shaping & implementing the category strategy as a global solution across the whole globe
- Analysis of category data across functions/systems
- Preparation of reports and presentations to support stakeholder management
- Assess and evaluate suppliers performance in order to introduce risk mitigation plan to maintain supply control
Source To Contract Team:
- Managing sourcing projects
- Analyze supplier’s proposals, make recommendations for supplier selection, preparation of summary reports
- Managing contracting processes: contract renewals and new contracts creation, contracts administration – gathering signatures and contract storage in the system
- Actively participating in the process improvement and optimization
- Negotiation of commercial and contractual terms with suppliers
Essential Requirements:
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English (Polish is not necessary)
- Substantial previous professional experience, regardless of area and industry
- Positive mindset and can-do approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn quickly
- Teamwork oriented approach
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tools
- Willingness to develop in area of Procurement
Desirable Requirements:
- University degree
- Exposure to multicultural environment
- Negotiation skills
