Responsibilities:

- Processing applications from managers and searching for necessary goods from manufacturers;
- Market monitoring, working with catalogues, searching for new suppliers, receiving proposals, analyzing proposals, contacting managers with procurement proposals;
- Calculation and placement of orders for equipment, spare parts and components from suppliers;
- Carrying out procurement activities;
- Negotiations, including negotiations via Skype or WeChat with product suppliers in Chinese and English;
- Communication with suppliers, achieving the best agreements for the company;
- Processing and analysis of information, preparation of presentations upon request;
- Promptly obtaining information and bringing it to the attention of management;
- Communication with suppliers in instant messengers in Chinese;
- Business correspondence in Chinese and English;
- Visiting exhibitions and production facilities;
- Participation in exhibitions (2-3 exhibitions per year);
- Control over the shipment of goods, tracking the receipt of goods, organizing transport logistics;
- Document flow with logistics companies;
- Document flow with suppliers;
- Analysis of warehouse stocks, warehouse management;
- Maintaining working and reporting documentation;
- Control of accounts receivable for payments to suppliers;
- Interaction with other departments of the company in order to complete assigned tasks;
- Approval of warehouse documents within its competence;

Requirements:

- Completed higher education;
- Fluency in Chinese and preferably English (above average level);
- Responsibility and attentiveness;
- Ability to solve non-standard problems and find a way out of the most difficult situations;
- Timely completion of tasks and monitoring deadlines;
- Confident user of Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word, Power Point.
