We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on sourcing and negotiating with competitive international suppliers. Products include scrap aluminum, zinc ash, carbon blocks, aluminum ingots, and lead ingots. This role requires occasional international travel to countries such as Pakistan and Bangladesh for on-site supplier visits and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Sourcing & Screening:

Research and identify potential overseas suppliers.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
Supplier Negotiations:

Conduct price, contract, and delivery negotiations to achieve cost-effective procurement.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
On-Site Visits:

Travel to supplier locations (e.g., Pakistan and Bangladesh) to ensure compliance with company standards and confirm product quality.
Market Analysis:

Stay updated on market trends for raw materials like aluminum, zinc, carbon, and lead.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the procurement strategy.
Procurement Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Address and resolve issues related to procurement or supplier performance.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in international procurement, particularly in the metals or raw materials industry.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Proficiency in English (knowledge of Urdu or Bengali is a plus).
Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
