Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)  Fixed term for 12 months

 

The Procurement Inbound Specialist ensures the availability of raw- and pack-materials on time. He/She is the Owner of COM Operations processes on site, including data analysis, and is the first point of contact/interface with supply, suppliers and the Procurement Service Center (CSC) in daily operations and supports the Procurement Inbound Manager in local buying.

 

Your Profile:

• University Degree Level (e.g.: Finance, Economics BSc) or equivalent education
• Business Administration education would be an advantage
• Min 3+ years experience in similar positions
• Experience in a multinational environment
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical skills with ability to navigate through complexity & ambiguity
   

Key Tasks:

• Be the first point of contact for all raw- and pack-material related day-to-day operations and requests (e.g.: resolve first line supply disruptions raised or escalate the issue to line manager and responsible buyer)
• Support the Commercial Inbound Specialist in local buying activities
• Conduct regular stock analysis and liaise with logistics to meet stock targets
• Manage invoicing or delivery documents issues with internal and external interfaces
• Be Commercial ATLAS/BW key user (maintain system up-to-date, take part to ATLAS meetings/project/testing program to improve the system, coordinate information flow...)
• Represent Commercial Raw- and Pack-Material at local ATG and COGS activities on demand
• Take part to any specific projects on demand
• Support introduction of new supplier and/or material (e.g. manage sample requests...)
• Organise raw material Inter Company Business
• Interface with local and European contacts in Commercial (Sourcing, SQA), Supply (manufacturing, logistics), S&F and R&D
• Manage cost/compensations claims towards suppliers
• Primary site contact to CSC (Commercial Service Center)
• Validate, allocate and process fixed cost on pack materials form suppliers
