The Global Business Services (GBS) and is an internal provider of services in accounting, HR administration and Supply Chain Management. We are looking for a candidate to join our procurement department in Prague or Ostrava for the position of Procurement specialist with English language (Swedish could be an advantage). Your tasks: You will be responsible for the managing of the procurement process from the Purchase requisition to the invoice paid. You will provide assistance for questions and problems related to PO creation and other procurement topics. You will be in close contact with requester and the suppliers. Your responsibility will be to ensure correct buying according to company procurement guidelines and regulations. You will support Strategic buyers and help them to optimize the proces What we require: Knowledge of English language (Swedish is an advantage). Very good communication and virtual collaboration skills. Team player. Knowledge of MS Office. SAP or OneSRM knowledge. Procurement knowledge.
