YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Work on category sourcing, be responsibilities for packaging PO, tracking and payment including but not limited to the subcategory as below

• Packaging（Sourcing/PO/Payment）

• Spare parts (Sourcing)

• Facility - mainly admin and EHS (Sourcing)

• Capex AFE (Sourcing)

• Freight and storage (sourcing)

• Other purchasing request (Sourcing)

• New supplier set up in system

• Data analysis, tracking, and sharing to internal customer

• Articulate supplier performance, sourcing summaries and opportunities to leadership on a regular basis

• New workload assigned by manager

• Follow and continually improve the procurement process and make sure the compliance of Avery Dennison policy.

• Bachelor degree or above, with good written and oral English skills.

• At least 3 year of relevant sourcing work experience, have the ability to lead projects

• Cost and efficiency driving, good negotiation skill and teamwork spirit

• Good computer skills in office software, strong analytical skills
