An exciting Data Analyst opportunity in the trail-blazing PMSO (Product Materials Supply Operations) Data Analyst Team, a team with a proven data analytics deployment record, and responsible for significant data digitization and delivery of Analytical Insights for the HVM High Volume Manufacturing and NPI New Product Introductions Materials Program Manager and Procurement Buyer roles.

The focus of this role will be to support exciting emerging new NPI business processes and data challenges in the CIRA Risk Assessment, Redbook/Gladius, Corporate Exceptions Tool, RFx Automation, and Operational Control Tower capabilities and business processes.

As the Procurement Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will be responsible for but not limited to: 

Development Skills:

• Hands-on work developing Business Intelligence BI and Self-Serve Dashboard solutions using Microsoft BI stack: Power BI, On-Premise and Cloud, PowerApps eg. PowerPivot, Excel, Data Cubes, ETL techniques, DAX, SQL DB, SQL Scripting, Visual Studio and other BI Visualization solutions like Tableau, SAP BOBJ.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Lake and B2B Collaboration SW: SAP S4 Hana, Azure Cloud, Teradata, SAP IBP, E2Open-OpenText B2B Supplier Collaboration.

Boards and Systems ERP & MRP Skills:  (Enterprise Resource Planning, Materials Requirements Planning)

• Have an organic understanding of the supply-demand rationalization process, Finished Goods Demand Forecasting, Multi-level BOM structures, Materials MRP Planning and Execution, and B2B Information Flow between internal and external Boards and Systems factory networks.
• Experience as Buyer, Commodity Procurement manager, Materials Planning, and Inventory Analyst, is added plus. Special focus on New Product Introduction NPI biz processes and needs.

Expertise in Data Analytics and Business Analysis:

• Design of Data Models.
• Decomposition of As-Is Business Processes and As-Is data and systems flow, determine the degree of sub-optimality and violation of data principles, and lead BDAT design discussions on the re-engineering of data structure and data flow, including underlying business processes.
• Serve as Project Lead for Data Analytics initiatives.

Knowledge in Relational database structures, Big Data technologies:

• Hadoop, Solr Analytics packages: R, Matlab, Scripting languages: Python, Perl Programming languages: Java, C++, SQL would be added skills.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must possess at least one of the following degrees plus the years of experience determined for each degree in the areas specified below:  

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis and Supply Chain Analytics or a related field of study (such as an advanced degree in Mathematics, Machine Learning, Operation Research, and Statistics), with 8+years of Data Analyst with in-depth experience in PowerBI, SAP Hana and Boards and Systems MRP skills.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis and Supply Chain Analytics, or a related field of studies (such as an advanced degree in Mathematics, Machine Learning, Operation Research, and Statistics- with 6+ Data Analyst with in-depth experience in PowerBI, SAP Hana, and Boards and Systems MRP skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supply Chain Work Experience in Boards And Systems Integrated Circuits Discrete Manufacturing.
• APICS Supply Chain Certification.
• Experience in JDA Blue Yonder and SAP-IBP MRP/ERP Materials & BOM Planning Solutions.
• Skills to seamlessly flex between a Data Analyst Role, Supply Chain MRP Business Analyst Role, and Application Developer Role. Dexterity and passion in all 3 disciplines.
• Skills to decompose As-Is Business Processes even if poorly documented or communicated, and develop standardized scalable To-Be Business Processes and Data Solutions.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel Macros and Pivot Tables, PowerPoint Power-user, Visio People Process Flow Diagrams.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$107,450.00-$161,050.00
