CSP Corporate Strategic Procurement Global Facilities Strategic Sourcing Team is responsible for Construction Enterprise and Corporate Services commercial management in Intel Global.
The scope includes contract negotiation, contract management, and supplier contractor base development.
GFSS (Global Facility Strategic Sourcing) student will lead the team's administrative programs, training programs, systems, and data analysis and will support the team's tasks per need.
Areas of responsibility:
Support GFSS organization, provide administrative support to the team, including professional support to the dept. systems, meetings, and activities.
Support team commodity manager on projects, strategic and tactical data analysis, systems updates, meetings and forums set up.
Create and develop systems and tools to support the site-level GFSS programs.
Support GFSS programs, audits and actions record-keeping communication and support the team in all administrative actions.
Positions home base is Kiryat Gat or Haifa

Qualifications

Students need to be at least a 2nd-year student in relevant B.A. / B.Sc. programs or 1st-year student in Masters programs in Accounting, Legal, Biz administration, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Industrial Eng.

• Computing environment skills: Internet, HTML, Office applications and data systems.
