Responsibilities:

1. Breakdown scripts and budget projects based on creatives;
2. Create and maintain project calendars. Manage budgets throughout production;
3. Hire and manage freelance cast, crew, and vendors on multiple projects. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients;
4. Wrap jobs to completion, including project finances;
5. Oversees all accounting procedures including but not limited to invoices, purchase orders, and checks requests.

Requirements:

1. Experience in producing video internationally. Knowing video production in China is a plus, including coordinating, production managing, and producing roles. Previous experience with post-production workflow is a plus;
2. Understand relevant health and safety law procedures. Basic understanding of cinema and DSLR camera systems;
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong negotiation skills. Ability to simultaneously juggle multiple projects, in various stages of completion. Exceptional project management and organizational skills;
4. Speak English fluently. Mandarin & Cantonese is a plus;
5. Valid Passport is a must, you may be traveling to multiple countries.
