• Manage shooting Production team planning and scheduling ensuring the teams are appropriately staffed, assigned and resources are available to meet performance, quality, cost and timeline goals.
• Liaising with creative director and photographers and pulling all elements of a shoot together including casting, styling & fitting sessions, locations scouting, travel planning, PPM decks, call sheets and post production.
• Capable in project management, budgeting and scheduling.
• Providing onset coordination for shoots of all levels and budgets.
• Communicates with internal teams and advises business of required reallocation of workflow and talent.
• Hand over casting from booking confirmation keeping closely communication with agents, supporting models on Visa requirements and arranging both flights, accommodation and transportation for models when its needed.
• Guides internal legal teams through commercial agreements about rate terms and usage rights.？
• Sample management: Ordering, tracking control, arrange shipments and editing sku lists with relevant information.
• Work on improving production and organisation workloads.
• Works closely with procurement？to create policies and procedure.
• Ensures payment process is smooth and talent and vendors are paid on time.
• Creates and tracks budgets for special projects

• Fluent Chinese and English
• Contract arrangement.
• International legal, tax and labour regulation experience: Visa requirements for both locals and foreigner talent, shipment regulations, with-holding taxes regulations, payments overseas.
• Detailed oriented.
