Lenovo is creating the capacity and computing power for the connections that are changing business and society. The Cybersecurity Solutions team is looking for a Product/Business Analyst. You will be an essential component to promote data-driven decision-making in all of our product operations. You will have the opportunity to shape strategy and influence the growth of a new business inside Lenovo. Responsibilities • Inform business and product strategy by defining and instrumenting core metrics for each product initiative • Explore and analyze sales and execution data, and performance data. Perform data deep dive across a variety of data sets and platforms to drive actionable insights • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to implement data initiatives that positively impact user experience and improve product adoption • Build and maintain key metric dashboards that are consumed by product managers and executives • Evangelize data-driven culture across the organization • Initiate and drive change in process through influencing and collaborating with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders • Ad-hoc data analysis that can include M&A, Investment cases, revenue planning and forecasting #### Position Requirements: Basic Requirements : • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field • 2+ years of  experience  with data analysis • 1+ years of  experience  developing PowerPoint Presentations Preferred Qualifications • 2+ years SQL experience • Work experience in tech, finance, consulting or related industry • Degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other tech or math related fields • 1+ years of experience in Python or R • Experience with predictive analytics and A/B testing • Knowledge of basic statistics and analytical concepts • Excellent communication skills.
