1. Support Marketing & Sales to provide technical proposal.

2. Provide technical expertise in product application.

1) Analyses and research on the customer technical expectation for the product

2) define the different product specifications with the both of Intercompany and 3rd party customers

3. Analyses technical files from customers (analyses specifications, standard of product, feasibility analysis and prepare risk assessment).

4. Manage the Engineering activities in project and interface with multifunctional project team:

1)Manage and control project document, including APQP document, testing report, PPAP, PSW and so on;

2)Create original BOM and project team;

3) Support the team for the preparation of DFMEA and PFMEA together with QA， Engineer and Production

4)Support other department/supplier development in fields of materials, technology and designing mechanisms due to product application.

5) Manage project schedule and carry out the plan, make sure to satisfy customer requirement;

5. Network with Centre of oversea Group team to finish mission in product application.

教育及经验要求：

1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical Design or other related engineering.

2.Knowledge of QM and ISO 14001 systems and methods (APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA)

3.At least 3 years of relevant experience in automotive field preferably with OEM's.

4.Be familiar with Stamping process or rubber injection precess would be an added advantage.

5.Good communication skills Problem solving skills under adverse conditions and pressure.

6.Fluent oral and written English
