Position Description: "PA HW Engineer" is a mission critical position to own the whole HW test of design phase, assure with good enough quality level. It includes User Experiences, Reliability and compatibility test, product phase (schedules) control, Test management by planning & reporting, giving solution recommendation to critical risk items; highlighting critical risks earlier by reporting. Closely co-work with PA PM, SWPA and Development team, make sure the test behavior meets the project requirement. Tasks of PA HW \- Project Hardware test and management, work with PAPM and ODM partner, from project NUDD study, plan create, test execution, to each item status collection, judgment, closed, join all the test process. \- Own Lenovo unique test, perform, analyze, report. \- Test planning/reporting management is one of the key items for the quality control.  Test planning should be done by HW PA, and earlier before each phase, then keep the schedule until phase exit.  Join the report review meeting every week; know the test status and critical issues. Give comments to ODM PA and develop team, outlook the test schedule, control the test running direction. \- Join the cross functional team meeting, to know the project real- time status, follow the new requirement from development team, and adjust our test plan. \- ODM lab audit, familiar with the HW test equipment and lab system, Understand the operation of each equipment. \- Case creating, have good understanding on HW test, can create test case base on new feature independently.
