Position Description: Roles and responsibilities \- "PA SW Engineer" is a mission critical position to own the whole SW test of design phase, assure with good enough quality level. It includes User Experiences, Reliability and compatibility test, product phase (schedules) control, Test management by planning & reporting, giving solution recommendation to critical risk items; highlighting critical risks earlier by reporting. Closely co-work with PA PM, HWPA and Development team, make sure the test behavior meets the project requirement. Tasks of PA SW PA Software Engineer is responsible for: \- Creating new test method and test cases \- Managing project testing progress and issues with Dev, TPM, PAPM team \- Keep involved technical lecture guide to other SWPA team \- EPR and NUDD \- Test strategy define \- Test progress tracking \- Defect tracking and risk assessment for closure / limitation \- PCR tracking \- Phase entry / exit review \- Test plan / report creation and review \- Interlock meeting with ODM, ETH test team \- Technical supports for all inquiries come from ODM, ETH, Dev, PE etc. #### Position Requirements: \- Fundamental knowledge of Software and compatibility test; \- English conversation; \- Major in Computer Science; \- PC experience:  > 6 years; \- ODM work experience. **Compensation Information** We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
