• Project management in Production or Development benchmark projects in cross functional area, in collaboration with development, production, supplier and controlling teams.
• Determination by Best of Benchmark on production value-add and Functional Cost Analysis.
• Product reverse engineering and cost analysis.
• Optimize operational processes, cycle time and head count.
• Conduct internal and external production process benchmarking.
• Conduct workshops to identify potential cost savings and define sets of measures.

• Professional experience of at least 5 years in Electronics or Mechanics development/production functions.
• Desire to succeed with entrepreneur mindset.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Specialist in Project Management and development/production benchmark method.
• Very good in moderation and organization.
• Fluent/good knowledge of English, Chinese.
