Main Responsibilities 主要职责 • Support responsible region to fulfill the BTA target while ensuring BU's profit. 协助完成指定区域的预算目标，同时确保BU的利润。 • Collect and sort kinds of market information, fill in various reports on a regular basis, and responding to EA management with high-quality and timely. 收集和整理各类市场信息，定期填写各种报告，高质量及时汇报。 • Discover new business opportunities in responsible region, support and develop existing and new partners coverage in white-spot cities, and support regional sales cross-selling with EA Product. 发现责任区域的新商机，支持和发展空白城市的现有和新合作伙伴覆盖范围，并支持区域销售和EA产品交叉销售。 • Implement actions according to the annual, quarterly, monthly target issued by the EA management. 根据EA管理层发布的年度、季度和月度目标实施行动。 • Complete daily work efficiently and adapt to frequent business trips. 高效完成日常工作，适应频繁的出差。 • Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager. 执行直线经理分配的其他任务/职责。 Main Requirements 主要职位要求 • 3 years+ Experience in Sales & Marketing and/or Business Development in relevant MV/LV product /solution business. 3年以上中/低压产品/解决方案业务相关的销售和市场和/或业务开发经验。 • Working experience in multinational companies. 具备跨国公司工作经验。 • Project management experience is preferred. 具备项目管理经验的优先。 • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 具有极佳的沟通能力和协作能力。 • Team player, customer and result oriented. 具有团队合作精神，且关注客户及结果导向。 • Fluent in both verbal and written English. 英语读写流利。 • Bachelor’s Degree or above 本科或以上学历。 Organization: Smart Infrastructure Company: Siemens Ltd., China Experience Level: Early Professional Job Type: Full-time
