Job Description

Products, System and Process Improvement (40%)
- Collect customer needs and sales & dealer feedback
- Find potential market opportunities
- Contribute to the implementation of customer online journey
- Review requirements, conduct requirement gathering & UAT
- Identify improvement areas and implement efficiencies
- Setup environment for testing purposes and support problem solving and root cause analysis activities when required
- Respond to issues by prioritizing, engaging relevant parties and escalating matters when required
Operational System Setup for Retail and Wholesale (35%)
- Update the products and campaigns for wholesale and retail
- Develop and maintain system to improve efficiency and improve end user experience
- Manage and verify data in MBFSK systems
- Solve operational system issues
- Simulate quotations for products/ campaigns and marketing purposes
Communication (25%)
- Communicate with all stakeholders on status on system setup and improvements
- Provide regular updates on progress and highlight challenges
- Communicate product details to internal/external stakeholders
- 1st contact for the system/product-related issues
