Role Summary
The primary purpose of the Product Compliance Specialist is to ensure the products the company sold to in the specific market(s) are compliant to the local/reginal/global regulations/rules/requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tracking the local/regional regulation updates, which are applicable to the products we sold in GC markets (mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan) [20%]
  • Review the new products launched in GC markets to ensure the compliance requirements are met[40%]
  • Maintain the compliance data base, including status, certificates, etc.[20%]
  • Review the product supply routes from global network to GC markets and make sure the products can only go through the valid routes to China[10%]
  • Other tasks: maintain product supply reliability report update quarterly; to help the requests flowing through to the right PSM email box[10%]
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
  • Significant experience with CCC (China Compulsive Certificate) categories and process
  • Good analytical skills and a
  • sound knowledge of Microsoft base software tools
  • Ability to take ownership and drive results at pace
  • Degree level education or equivalent in Engineering
  • Ability to think globally while supporting local needs of the organisation
  • Strong interpersonal skills to drive alignment across a Global matrix organisation
  • Ability to use knowledge and experience of external best practice to drive improvement
