Objective of the Position / 岗位目标

Sekurit R&D Design team need expend the capacity to support the increased business from China local market as well Asia market for the below items: RFQ/Product Design/Workshop Support/Innovations

Principal Accountabilities/主要职责：

1. Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program (5%)

2. RFQ - work closely with Sekurit advance engineering on all encapsulated post glass RFQs, including technical feasibility analysis/statement, cost estimation, industrial tech norm communication with plant, press information check, Mold configuration /size confirm (Mono/Bi Cavity); He/She will need to check inside both PG(SH/France) to confirm the feasibility; He/She will need draft spec/GD&T/3D for child parts preliminary sourcing to get estimated cost(part/tooling);He/She will need to review the technical feasibility with advance engineering; He/She will need to review the technical feasibility with global RFQ committee (30%)

3. Product Design (TP/PU) - Work closely with Product/Tooling Design Team of PG Shanghai, provide technical evaluation and feedback to encapsulation product design and tooling design to support Product and Tooling Design efforts and OEM projects, to ensure design robustness/reliability, minimize risks and meet customers’ requirements；Attend design proposal discussion and decision making process for key projects, analyze pros and cons of different design options, provide systematic design reviews, assist to select the best possible design proposal, and present the design proposal and result to Sekurit business and OEM customers, if necessary (40%)

4. Production Support & Innovations - Understand auto glazing encapsulation, injection molding and its key processing parameters, glass, PVC, TPE, PU, adhesives, and other key encapsulation raw materials, relevant child parts, ability to apply all of those knowledge and know-how to product design and/or design analyses and review; Meet and communicate with Sekurit China and end customers, if necessary, to better understand technical issues and expectation/requirements of customers; Communicate with PG France and relevant parties at SGSI on critical design issues to develop best solutions; Closely follow auto glazing industry, new design trend, competitors' new products and technologies, innovate new ideas (25%)

任职条件/Qualification & Skills

1. Bachelor and above degree, mechanical or related major.

2. Previous design experience (at least ~5 years), preferably in automotive industry

3. Experience and knowledge about plastic injection molding process & technologies

4. Experience and knowledge about metal parts processes such as stamping, roll-forming, etc.

5. Familiar with chemistry and physical equipment's theory and performance.

6. Proficient in CATIA V5 or NX software
