Overview – Role Summary:

Responsible for finding new rewards, developing them up to a range, new licenses character product concepts presentation, premium product development and box packaging design for various Taiwan programmes. Lead various Taiwan projects and assist creative director to formulate concepts and develop special event marketing campaigns. Work with Taiwan marketing team to seek creative solutions to fulfill local business needs.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead creative solution presentation visuals for Taiwan team
• Brainstorm ideas and concepts with Taiwan marketing members on new products solution to ensure the success on various promotion programs in Taiwan region
• Generate and visualize, product and graphic designs at programme development stage
• Develop creative programs to specific accounts in the retail sector throughout the Taiwan region.
• Work with sourcing colleagues and other colleagues globally to develop and source relevant rewards to fulfill the needs of the program

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Product or Industrial Design with minimum 6 years working experience in design agency with product / industrial design knowledge.
• Work experience in design for Taiwan market is a highly preferable.
• Good experience with licensing characters and knowledge in premium gifts design (e.g. Sanrio or Disney products)
• Strong commercial design sense, entrepreneurial, multi-tasking and able to work independently under high tight schedules
• Advance skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign are a must
• General skills in 3D modeling (with basic knowledge in Rhinoceros, Keyshot and Z Brush is preferable)
• Good language skill in English & Mandarin, verbal and written.
