RESPONSIBILITIES

• Following up all of PD duties between NY and Vendors.
• Pushing Calendar from NY team.
• Pushing NY team sending the proto tech pack/Panel request/SMS specs according to Calendar.
• Checking the tech pack or SMS spec details and communicate with NYPD or designer if any confusion.
• Checking the color/material for proto or SMS if it’s achieved our standard when factory receiving it.
• Pushing factory to ship the proto or SMS on time according to our Calendar.
• Checking all the details for the proto or SMS before sending to NYO.
• Pushing the proto or SMS comment after shipping out.
• Pushing factory to ship the 2nd or 3rd round of protos to NYO ASAP if need.
• Supporting factory to get the supplier information and swatches if the material is from oversea.
• To source the supplier for the special article (fabric mainly) and embellishment.
• Develop all of printing textiles, panels, and embellishments.
• Visit shoes factory and supplier whenever it’s necessary.

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE

• 5 years working experiences in shoes industry, working as product development
• Good English speaking and writing
• Fast learner, good team player
• Good communication skill
