主要工作职责Principal accountabilities

1、根据客户需求，完成产品开发项目；

2、按时完成新产品开发工作，记录工作要素与内容，并制作产品文件；

3、遵循新产品开发流程，保证新产品的开发质量；

4、协助上级对新产品进行报价，并及时更新和收集供应商的价目表；

5、协助内部相关部门解决客户需求，协助销售人员提供优质的客户服务；

6、根据工作安排需要拜访工厂；

7、上级安排的与部门工作相关的其他事项；

1. According to the customer requirements to complete the product development project;

2. Finish the new product development work as scheduled, record work elements and contents, assistant to make the product catalogue;

3. Strictly follow the development process of new products, and ensure that the test samples are completed in accordance with the quality and quantity requirements;

4. Assist Superior make quotation for the new development products, collect and update the suppliers price in time;

5. Assist internal Dept. to solve customers' requirements, assist Sales Department to provide good customer services with high quality;

6. According to the work arrangement to visit the factories;

7. Other tasks related with department job assigned by the superior.

任职资格Qualifications

1、本科以上学历，服装/服装辅料专业，有外资企业工作经验背景优先考虑；

2、3年以上服装行业跟单或产品开发工作岗位经验；

3、优秀的口头及书面表达能力；

4、熟练应用办公软件；熟练的英文读、写能力；

5. 工作认真积极，有较强的责任心；

6. 主动性强，具有优秀的团队合作精神。

1. Bachelor degree and above, major in Garment/Textiles or other related major, Foreign-Funded

working experience is preferred；

2. More than 3 years working experience in Garment industry with Merchandiser or Product Development position;

3. Excellent in written and verbal communication skills;

4. Good command of Office Software including Word/Excel/PPT, fluently in English reading and

writing;

5. Have a serious and positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility;

6. Strong initiative, good team cooperation spirit.
